Never lift the analyzer by the exposed components as damage to the analyzer
could occur.
Mounting the analyzer
The SS2100r analyzer is manufactured for indoor 19" rack installations. The
overall analyzer weight necessitates the use of a support shelf. A heavy-duty
sliding shelf, like the one shown in Figure 2–1, capable of supporting 3.5 times
the weight of the analyzer is required. In addition, the sliding rails must be fully
capable of supporting the analyzer when slid clear of the rack for inspection or
maintenance. Refer to the as-built drawings for detailed mounting dimensions.
Connecting electrical power to the analyzer
The analyzer is configured for 120 VAC @ 50 Hz single-phase input. Check the
manufacturing data label or the terminal block labels to determine the power
input requirements.
Any sliding rails or support shelf used to mount the analyzer must
be fully capable of supporting 3.5 times the analyzer weight to
avoid serious injury.
Before attaching the wiring to the analyzer, make sure all power
to the wires is off.
