Put the white plastic cover in position. Mark the run-
through hole for the rope in the cover. Make an oval hole
– approx. 40 mm vertical and 20 mm horizontal – in the
cover. (for instance, cut 2 holes in towards each other
with a 20 mm hole-cutter. Then remove the material
between the holes.)

NB The bolt (pos 17 page 39) that attaches the line wheel to the axle must be secured with contact
adhesive (e.g. Locktite or similar). Recommened torque for bolts, 20Nm.
