      If your Epson Disc Duplicator is unable to transfer a disc from a stacker, open the disc cover, remove the discs from the input stacker, fully separate the discs to prevent them from sticking together, and then load them back into the stacker. Close the disc cover and retry to publish a disc. If a disc is not transferred from the drive tray or the printer tray, turn the product off, remove the disc from the tray, turn the product on, and retry to publish a disc. If the arm has picked up a disc, do not remove the disc by hand, as the arm may be damaged. To remove the disc, turn off the power and turn on the power again, and let the initialization process remove the disc.

      If the Epson Disc Duplicator displays an 'Unable to release multiple disc feeds error', it may be due to disc thickness or warpage. To clear the error, open the disc cover, remove the disc from the tray, take out the discs from the input stacker, load another disc into the input stacker, and then close the disc cover. The job will then resume.
