Troubleshooting
Is the printer set to Pause?
If Paused is displayed for the product’s icon (EPSON PP-xxx-xxxxxx), follow the steps below to resume the printer.

Select the product icon (EPSON PP-xxx-xxxxxx) and double-click Open Print Queue....

Click Resume Printer.
