EPSON Stylus Photo 925 Revision A
Adjustment Adjustment Program 128
5.3.7 USB ID Input
The Stylus Photo 925 is equipped with a USB interface as a standard procedure. As the
USB ID is stored in the EEPROM on the main circuit board, it is necessary to enter the
USB ID once again when the main circuit board has been replaced.
USB ID consists of a 18-digit alphanumeric character string specific to the printer. In
repair, the 10-digit serial number of the printer is assigned to the USB ID and the
remaining 8 digits are generated by the adjustment program and automatically added to
the serial number to constitute the new USB ID.
This new USB ID is then entered into the control circuit board's EEPROM.
