When the straps are tightened, rotate the pliers 1/4 – 1/2 turn to cut
the excess tail off.

This section describes how to ground the PoE cable.
Danger!
The lower part of the PoE cable must be grounded, for example, before entering
a building and for long cables every 50 m (55 yd).
