Main causes when error message "Right Lens 4-5 Error" or "Left Lens 4-5 Error"
appears:
・ Failure of LD-R assy or LD-L assy:
Note: If the error is not displayed frequently, the device can be used without replacing the LD-R
assy or the LD-L assy.
In such case, however, use the device after confirming that the error does not appear
anymore by pressing the clear key and performing the initial operation.
“Right Lens 4-5 Error” or
