8-1-2 Replacement of motor control board assy, right side motor drive
board assy, left side motor drive board assy, motor drive unit
harness and position detecting sensor harness
8-1-2-1 Replacement of motor control board assy
1) Remove the PD case F (refer to 8-1-1).
2) In case of replacement of the motor control board assy, remove 6 screws for fixing the
board, 2 hexagonal posts and all of the harnesses connected to the board.
Reassemble it with the opposite procedures of disassembling.
8-1-2-2 Replacement of right side motor drive board assy, motor drive unit harness
and position detecting sensor harness
1) Remove the PD case F, and the right LD case F and B (refer to 8-1-1).
2) Replace the right side motor drive board assy after removing 3 screws for fixing the
board and all of the harnesses connected to the board.
3) Remove and replace all of the connecters connected in case of replacing the motor drive
unit harness and the position detecting sensor harness.
Reassemble it with the opposite procedures of disassembling. Connect it as the connector
number indicated on the board and the number indicated on the harness are matched.
