All documentation for Scotsman Prodigy cuber is provided directly from Scotsman. If the
Scotsman unit was factory installed then any hardcopy documentation that was provided by the
manufacturer is shipped with the machine. It is in the documentation folder hanging on the
inside of the RF door of the machine. Otherwise, you can download the manufacturer’s current

Use and Operation - It is important to familiarize yourself with the general operation of the
control panel, functions and features of the machine. The Scotsman cuber is integrated with the
machine’s control system and is controlled by the PCB and also remotely via Akoona.net.
However, you will often control the Scotsman cuber directly from the unit's control panel.
Cleaning, Sanitizing, and Maintenance - The unit must be maintained on a strict periodic
cleaning and maintenance schedule or it will break down. Follow the Scotsman cleaning and
sanitizing procedure exactly precisely on schedule.
Adjusting the Ice Bridge Thickness - The ice bridge thickness is important in general to
produce good quality ice and it is even more important when dispensing ice using the Everest
machine. The ice bridge thickness should be monitored periodically and adjusted.
