MEI CF7000 Series Coin Manager - All documentation for the MEI CF7000 coin manager is
provided directly from MEI. If the CF7000 unit was factory installed then any hard copy
documentation which was provided by the manufacturer is shipped with the machine. It is in the
documentation folder inside the accessory box. Otherwise you can download the

Gryphon™ coin changer - All documentation for the Gryphon™ coin manager is provided
directly from MEI. If the Gryphon™ unit was factory installed then any hard copy
documentation which was provided by the manufacturer is shipped with the machine. It is in the
documentation folder inside the accessory box. Otherwise you can download the
manufacturer’s current support documentation at https://www.cranepi.com/en

Enable or Inhibit Denominations - It is critical that you follow the Operator & Service Guide
instructions to enable all local coins on the coin manger. If there is some specific reason that
you want to use hardware inhibit to inhibit certain coin denominations please read section
OVERVIEW - MACHINE IS NOT ACCEPTING COINS / NOTES AS EXPECTED to understand
the complete machine logic before proceeding.
Float Teach - You must set the float levels. It is highly recommended to set CF7000 float to
“float to level” and then set all levels to max tube full. Only use different float settings if you are
sure that you understand the implications of doing so. Follow the instructions on the Operator
and Service Guide to teach all float levels to max.
Note: These levels are set for the operator automatically at the factory.
Cleaning the Unit - The unit must be cleaned well and often or it will give poor results.
Cleaning the unit on a regular schedule is important for optimal performance. Follow the
cleaning instructions of the Operator and Service Guide.
