wheneveritappearsdirty,typicallyeveryother

aroundtheinnerelementbeforeremoving,sodirt
doesnotgetintotheengine.
6.DoNotwashorusepressurizedairtoclean
paperelementorinnerelement.
7.Reinstallelements.Positionthecoversothatthe
rubberdustejectorispointingdownwardand
securewithretainingclips.
CheckDeckGearboxOil
ServiceInterval:Every50hours
1.Positionthemachineandmowerdeckonalevel
surface.
2.Lowerthemowerdecktothe1inch(2.5cm)
heightofcut.
3.DisengagethePTO,movethemotion-control
leverstotheneutral-lockposition,andengagethe
parkingbrake.
4.Stopengine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,and
removekey.
5.Liftthefootrest,exposingthetopofthemower
deck.
6.Removethedipstick/llplugfromthetopof
thegearboxandmakesurethatthelubricantis
betweenthemarksonthedipstick(Figure32).
