Cleanalldebrisfromengineandexhaustsystem
area.
1.Stopengine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,and
removekey.Engageparkingbrake.
2.Cleanaroundywheel,cylinderhead,injectors,
andinjectorpump.
3.Cleanalldebrisfromtheexhaustsystemarea.
4.Wipeupanyexcessivegreaseoroilaroundthe
engineandexhaustarea.
Important:DoNotusewatertocleanengine.

2.Allowenginetocool.
3.Rotatehoodforward
4.Usingcompressedair,blowoutdebrisstuck
betweenthensoftheentireradiator,bothfrom
thetopdownandfromthebottomup.
5.Ifdebrisremains,itmaybenecessarytousewater
fromalowpressurehose.Iftheradiatorisclean,
proceedtostep7.
6.Covertheenginewithapieceofcardboard,or
aplasticsheet.Squirtwaterthroughthens.
