Code Condition
Green Red 1 Failed to identify FDD. Possibly due to removal of FDD card.
Green Red 2 Failed to initialize NPE card.
Green Red 3 Critical threshold reached (95C for NPE).
The system will reboot.
Green Red 4 Full fan assembly failure (both trays).
The system will reboot.
Green Red 5 Application initialization failure. Startup manager failed to
initialize all the components of the system.
The system will reboot.
Green Red 6 Lost connectivity with ethernet interface. Possible failure of
NPE card.
The system will reboot.
Green Red 7 MF 1000 card failure. Backup sectors exhausted.
Green Red 8 NP 4000 card initialization failure. Firmware self test (BIST)
has detected failure in one or more components (memory, bus,
interconnects)
