1 = RGB (color quantization follows input)
2 = YUV 444 (color quantization follows input)
3 = YUV 422 (color quantization follows input)

0 = auto (follow the input, default)
1 = on (always encrypt HDMI outputs)

0 = no sink connected
1 = sink connected but does not support HDCP
