Take out and reload the CD-
ROM (the drive is at the rear
left of the machine).
CD-ROM has a fault.
Check plug connections be-
tween monitor and computer;
renew cable if necessary.
Defective cable link.
Adjust brightness and contrast
(controls at bottom left of
screen).
Brightness and contrast
settings are too dark for
image to be seen.
Switch on the monitor (switch
at bottom right of screen).
Monitor is switched off.

1. EEProm invalid !
The EEProm has been written with CD Rom
default data.
2. The EEProm ist defective.
3. The self test has found errors in the increment
sensor. This is probably defective.
4. The self test has found an error in the drive
belts. They are probably damaged.
5. The balancing/calibrating values in the
EEProm are invalid!
6. The arm calibration values in the EEProm are
invalid!
All measuring arms must be re-calibrated!
Contact customer service for sensor arm calibra-
tion.
7. Self-test has identified incorrect direction of
balancing shaft rotation.
