Device failure alarm (high priority)
The SO
CONNECT PID pump regularly checks if it is operating correctly. If a fault is found in any of
its components, the SO
CONNECT PID pump generates a device failure alarm.
When this alarm occurs, the infusion is paused automatically.
Warning
If the device fault alarm occurs, remove the battery and contact user support.
Syringe missing alarm (high priority)
The SO
CONNECT PID pump regularly checks if the SO
FILL syringe is present. When it detects
that the SO
FILL syringe is missing, the SO
CONNECT PID pump generates the syringe missing
alarm.
When this alarm occurs, the infusion is paused automatically.
Warning
If the
syringe
missing alarm is triggered, you need to contact the medical personnel in charge of your treatment to know the
measures that need to be taken to restart infusion.
Infusion about to end alarm (low priority)
The SO
CONNECT PID pump generates the infusion about to end alarm approximately 5 minutes
before the end of the infusion.
The infusion is not stopped when this alarm is generated.
