9 Disassembly
CAUTION
Pressurised lines
Even if the compressed air feed is shut off the pneumatic ports of the positioner may still be under
pressure.
• Exhaust the pneumatic ports (working ports) before disconnecting the hose assemblies.
Disassembling the positioner
1.
Switch off the compressed air supply.
2. Unscrew the 4 housing cover screws.
3. Remove the housing cover.
4.
In the menu views, select manual operation ‘Manual venting’

Move the drive until the working ports are completely exhausted.
6.
Switch off the power supply.
7.
Disconnect the electrical and pneumatic connections.
8.
Remove the positioner
