4.5 Dierential pressure regulator
The dierential pressure regulator is used for the hydraulic balancing of the heating circuits.
Variants depicted: UC / MC-UC
Setting with 4-mm hexagon socket wrench
To adjust the dierential pressure regulator, rotate the hexagon
socket wrench anticlockwise until the end point is reached and the
spring is fully released. At this point, turn the hexagon socket wrench
in clockwise until it reaches the setting value (desired dierential
pressure) described in the table below.
The black handle is used to block the flow.
For the specifications for setting the dierential pressure regulator, please refer to the
designdocuments.
DP regulator valve: DN15 AG/AG
Flow range: 18-800 l/h
Adjustment range: 5-25 kPa
Factory setting: 10 kPa

Note: The line must be filled so that the pressure in the flow line is not considerably higher than that
of the return line, otherwise the DP regulator valve will close.
