19.3.5 Extended diagnostics
Extended diagnostics is available for the calculation channels in the ExperUser, SuperUser and SuperUser ext. mode. It
serves to detect errors on individual measuring channels. The values of the extended diagnostics can either be
transmitted via the outputs of the transmitter or defined as source of the event triggers.
Selection of the calculation channel
• Select the program branch Options.
• Press ENTER.
• Select the calculation channel (here: Channel Y).
• Press ENTER.
Assignment of an output
•Select Outputs.
• Press ENTER.
• Select the output to be assigned to the calculation channel (here: Current I1(--)).
• Press ENTER.
The scroll list contains all available outputs of the transmitter.
If the output has already been assigned to a channel, it is displayed as follows: Current I1 (Y).
•Select Yes to change the settings for an already assigned output or to assign a new output.
•Select No to cancel the assignment and to return to the previous menu item.
• Press ENTER.
Assignment of a source item
One source item has to be assigned to each selected output.
•Select Extended diagnostics as source item.
• Press ENTER.
• Select a list item for the quantity to be output.
• Press ENTER.
