To run GFI from a specified location:

Disable the UUT microprocessor.

Connect the pod to the UUT.

Press the GFI key and use the left arrow key to move the
cursor to the left-most field.

Press the RUN softkey.
l
Type the UUT directory name at the second field.

Type the component name at the third field.

Type the component pin name at the last field.

Press the ENTER key.
To display the GFI summary:

Press the GFI key and use the left arrow key to move the
cursor to the left-most field.

Press the SUMMARY softkey.
l
Press the ENTER key.
To see the GFI suggestion list:
