3.3.5 Installing the heat exchanger ash removal unit
U Put the rubber seal on the flange plate
U Put on the geared motor as shown and screw in with the flange
plate
- 4 spacer washers M8
- 4 hexagonal screws M8x20
The motor must point upwards when the flange plate is fitted.
Use the ash screw with a length of 1000 mm for the heat
exchanger ash removal unit.
U Take out the key and remove the shaft circlip
U Lubricate the stub shaft of the ash screw
U Insert the ash screw at the flange plate and turn until the keyway
of the shaft and the gears are on top of each other
U Insert the key and fit the shaft circlip
U Fit the flange for the ashcan
- 4 hexagonal screws M8x20
U Fit the motor and screw through the flange plate and tighten the
screws
- 4 hexagonal screws M8x20
Put in the screws so that the ash screw on the opposite side is
aligned to the middle.
