3.3.6 Installing the chamber ash removal unit
U Put the rubber seal and flange plate on the flange of the geared
motor and fix
- 4 hexagonal nuts M8x20
- 4 spacer washers M8
Use the ash screw with a length of 1050 mm for the chamber ash
removal unit.
U Take out the key and remove the shaft circlip
U Lubricate the stub shaft of the ash screw
U Insert the ash screw at the geared motor
U Turn the ash screw until the keyway of the shaft and the gears are
on top of each other
U Insert the key and fit the shaft circlip
U Insert the entire unit on the stoker side at the chamber and tighten
the screws
- 4 hexagonal screws M10x25
Put in the screws so that the ash screw on the opposite side is
aligned to the middle.
3.3.7 Installing the combustion air blower fan
U Fit combustion air blower fan with
ceramic fibre seal to flange
- 4 hexagonal screws M6x16
