Before replacing the primary power
module, the primary rectifier should be
checked - the value of the diode path
must be between 200 mV and 800 mV
Replacing the primary rectifier:
Unplug the cable connections (6) to the
primary rectifier
Undo the two 5x16 TX25 screws (7)
and remove the primary rectifier
Clean the cooling element, making
sure to remove all the heat transfer
medium residue
Remove the blister packaging from the
primary rectifier
Place the primary rectifier in position
and fit it with two 5x16 TX25 screws (7)
[3 Nm]
Establish the cable connections (6) to
the primary rectifier in the correct se-
quence

scratched or removed
