Paper Jams in Duplex Module D
The following describes how to clear paper jams occurring in the duplex module D.
1 Open Tray 5 (c), and then while lifting up
the release lever (
d) gently open the duplex
module cover D (
e).
2 Remove the jammed paper.
Note • If the paper is torn, make sure no piece of
paper remains inside the machine.
3 Close the duplex unit cover D by pressing at
the center, and gradually close the cover D
(
c) and the Tray 5 (d).
Paper Jams in Finisher-A1
The following describes how to clear paper jams occurring in the Finisher-A1 (optional).
Paper Jams under the Finisher Top Cover
1 Open the finisher top cover (c), turn the
knob (
d), and then remove the jammed
paper (
e).
Note • If the paper is torn, make sure no piece of
paper remains inside the machine.
2 Close the finisher top cover.
