After confirming that the guides are securely adjusted, insert the tray into the printer.
IMPORTANT:
• Do not use excessive force on the tray. Doing so could damage the tray or inside of the printer.
NOTE:
• If the front side of the tray is extended, the tray protrudes when it is inserted into the printer.

On the operator panel, select the appropriate paper size, and then press the button.

Loading Letterhead in the Standard 250 Sheet Tray and the Optional 550
Sheet Feeder
When you use the standard 250 sheet tray and the optional 550 sheet feeder, letterhead and hole punched paper must be
inserted top edge first with the print side facing up.
