Firmware Updates
Updates to product  rmware may result in

Checking the Firmware Version

The camera will only display the  rmware version if a
memory card is inserted.

Turn the camera o and check that a memory
card is inserted.

Turn the camera on while pressing the DISP/BACK
button. The current  rmware version will be dis-
played; check the  rmware version.

To view the  rmware version or update  rmware for
optional accessories such as interchangeable lenses,
shoe-mounted  ash units, and mount adapters, mount
the accessories on the camera.
