Troubleshooting
User and/o r supervisor SmartCard lost ► If you have lost your Use r SmartCard, you
can continue working with the Supervisor
SmartCard and initialise a new User
SmartCard or deactivate the System Lock
function.
► If you have lost the Supervisor SmartCard,
you ca n continue working, but you no longer
have all your rights and can no longer
initialise a Supervisor SmartCard.
► If you have lost bo th SmartCards, you can
no longer bo ot your system. Please contact
our Service Desk. You must provide proof of
ownership fo r the device. Then the Service
Deskwillreferyoutoourservicepartner,
who will unlock your device (for a charge).
