Setting up the cradle
Select a suitable location for the cradle before setting it up. In doing
so, please follow these instructions:
• Placethecradleonaflat, stable, non-slippery surface.
• Never place the cradle or the AC adap ter on a hea t-sensitive surface.
• Do not expose the cradle to extreme environmental conditions.
Protect the cradle from dust, mo isture and heat.
Connecting the Tablet PC to the cradle
It is possible to connect the Tablet PC to the cradle while it is running. However, to
prevent problems, we recommend that you s witch the Tablet PC off first.
Disconnect the AC adapter f rom the Tablet PC be fore connecting
the Tablet PC to the cradle.
When the Tablet PC i
s connected to the cradle, you must connect the AC adapter
to the cradle, to b
e able to use all t he cradle’s functions.
Cradle
► R emove the A C plug of the AC adapter from the power outlet.
► R emove the AC adapter cable from the DC jack (DC IN ) of the Tablet PC.
