11. User Trouble Shooting
This section gives an overview of possible error messages and the way the operator can solve
the problem. These error messages are displayed when an error occurs during milking or
cleaning. If an error occurs during cleaning, and the operator is not around, the cleaning will
be terminated and ended with an emergency drain and dry procedure. After this, the three
leftmost LEDs will start blinking and the alarm output will make contact, both to warn the
operator there was an error.
Error messages can be acknowledged by pressing the key.
• The screen returns to Standby when milking or cleaning is pressed:
o No Cleaning system set in Adjust Mode
• Display 'ERR: pos. D-line':
o User attempts to start milking or cleaning, but controller does not activate the
equipment:
o Delivery line is in wrong position
o Delivery line switch is not functioning
• Display 'ERR: Abort by temp.':
o Cleaning is performed but required water temperature could not be maintained
for the whole circulation time
o Hot water supply is closed or malfunctioning
o Hot water valve is defective
o Temperature sensor is defective or not mounted into water level
• Display 'ERR: No low level':
o Low water level was not reached within the maximum fill time as set in the
technical settings of the controller. If it is reached within another 5 minutes then
cleaning can be finish normally by pressing “+”. If it does not reach the proper
level in 5-minutes, the cleaning is terminated, an emergency drain and dry
procedure is performed. For more information about the automatic termination,
see Section 10.1.3; under the heading “Error”
o Water supply is turned off, or malfunctioning
o Water pressure too low
o Water inlet does not open (enough)
o Leak in wash through
o Level sensor defective
• Display 'ERR: No high level':
o See previous item.
• Display 'ERR: Chemical I level':
o The FullClean plus has the facility to indicate Low level s of chemical when linked
to a chemical probe in the drum or container
o The chemical level is detected in the detergent stock container. It gives a
warning when the stock is decreasing beyond a pre-set level to attend the
operator that new detergent has to be supplied within the next few days
