13. Technical Trouble Shooting
This section describes a number of items to be checked whenever a FullClean Plus controller
system is malfunctioning. For user related troubleshooting see Section 11of this manual.
LEDs on the PCB
• Green LED H203 does not light at all at power up:
o Power is switched off or not connected to the FullClean Plus PCB
o Power supply delivers less than 230 V or 24 V AC ±10 %
o Fuse F14 or F15 is blown
• Green LED H203 is flashing:
o Programs on FullClean Plus controller are not running properly because:
o No EPROM in socket U203
o Bad EPROM in socket U203
o EPROM wrongly inserted in socket
o Reset jumper continuous closed
o Ribbon cable between display and keyboard of the lid not connected to
PCBs
• Green LED H203 lights up continuous but no messages on display:
o Wrongly connected ribbon cable between PCBs
o Failure in PCBs at backside of the lid, replace these PCBs
• Red, Yellow and Green LEDs lights up continuous:
o Backup battery not connected or empty
