o This message only appears in case of boiling water cleaning, and warns the
operator that the water heater was not filled within a certain time
• Display 'Low vacuum':
o Cleaning has performed, but during cleaning the target plant vacuum level was
not achieved. For example when a second vacuum regulator is used to wash at
a higher vacuum level
o Vacuum pump was not activated at all
o Vacuum regulator (for cleaning) does not function properly
• Display 'Power Failure':
• During cleaning the mains power of the FullClean Plus controller had been switched
off and on again. See Section 10.1.3; the heading “Power failure”
• The screen no longer shows the wash program:
o Remove the power from the FullClean Plus controller for a few seconds and re-
power
12. Technical Operation
This section gives information about the technical settings that can be made.
12.1. Adjust Mode
The Adjust Mode of the FullClean Plus controller is used to enter all settings into the
controllers’ software. With these settings, all available in- and outputs are linked to a certain
action of the wash program. This section gives an overview how to handle the Adjust Mode.
