Table 45: FD Report Layout
Item Description
1 Prints the patient name.
2 Prints the patient ID and name of the institution.
3 Prints the date and time of acquisition for the report.
4 Prints the waveform.
The FD report contains waveform data for a single lead selected in Full Disclosure mode.
NOTE:
A gap is shown on the printed or transmitted FD report when the acquisition
module is disconnected.
NOTE:
A square waves is shown on the printed or transmitted FD report when the lead is
disconnected.
5 Prints the page number of the report. The page number increments for each page of the
FD report.
For the FD report, the page number is shown as Page <1> of <3>.
6 Prints the total number of seconds in the rhythm report on each page.
7 Prints the selected single Lead information.
