2 A2 orange Nax white Fifth intercostal space on the left posterior axillary line (same
position as V7 or C7).
3 V4 blue Nap white Mid-clavicular line in the fifth intercostal space (same as C4).

To acquire a Vector Loops ECG, use the electrode placement shown in the following
diagram.
