The ADP200 drive is provided with a port as standard (9-pin D-SUB receptacle connector) for connection of the RS485
serial line used for drive-PC point-to-point or multipoint communication (with the GF-eXpress conguration software).
Note! The port is not galvanically isolated. The OPT-RS485-ADP option must be used If galvanic separation is required.

A twin-pair consisting of two symmetrical conductors, spiral wound with a common shield plus the bonding connection
cable, connected as shown in the gure, must be used for connection. The transmission speed is 38.4 kBaud.
