The control panel displays
System Error
followed by an error code
number. The error code numbers and their meanings are listed in the
table below.
Error / Failure Meaning Correction
1 ROM Read-Only Memory is
damaged.
Contact Field Service.
2 RAM Random-Access
Memory is damaged.
Contact Field Service.
3 Unknown plotter
ID
Jumpers indicate an
incorrect type of plotter.
Call Field Service if retry fails.
4 Power relay stuck
shut
Power relay
malfunction.
Turn power off and on. Call
Field Service if retry fails.
5 Power relay stuck
open
Power relay
malfunction.
Turn power off and on. Call
Field Service if retry fails.
6 Display failure Display not responding. Retry. Call Field Service if
retry fails.
7 FPGA failure Custom chip
malfunction.
Retry. Call Field Service if
retry fails.
8FPGA Data
Checksum error
Bad FPGA data file or
