6. Slide the secondary battery pack all the way into the bay and close the
release knob.
7. Close the cover.
Battery Low Signals and Actions
When the battery is low, Windows gives warning messages and the Battery
Charge Indicator (
) blinks amber to alert you. Immediately save your data
upon Battery Low. The remaining operating time depends on how you are
using the computer. If you are using the audio subsystem, PC card, hard or
USB flash disk, the battery might run out of charge very quickly.
Control Panel Power Options
Always respond to Battery Low by connecting the AC adapter, turning off
the computer, or placing your computer on Hibernation mode.
