Getting Connected
This chapter tells you how you can get your device connected through a
variety of ways.
Wireless Connections
Using WWAN (Select Models Only)
NOTE: Your model only supports data transmission. Voice transmission is not
supported.
Select models support 4G LTE connectivity and dual SIM operation.
Mobile network is enabled by default. The icons in the status bar indicate
which kind of data network you’re connected to and the network signal
strength.
To check or modify settings, go to Settings Network & internet Mobile
network.
To check the specific WWAN module information, go to Getac Settings and
check the items under LTE.
Using Dual SIM
Only one SIM can be activated at a time. You can switch between SIM 1 and
SIM 2 according to your needs. (Go to Settings Network & internet
Mobile network.)
Adding the Second SIM Card
If you insert the second SIM card in SIM 2 slot during power off, you will be
prompted to select the SIM card after you start up the system. The selected
SIM card will remain as the activated SIM until you change it.
