*Note: In Canadian versions of the machine, a 600V to 480V step
down transformer mounted on the remote panel, is used to con-
vert the operating voltage to 480VAC for the machine.
Power Mode
There are two power modes for the Destu-it: AC mode and DC
mode�
If the AC and DC disconnect switches are turned ON, the AC/
DC selector switch is turned towards the “I” and the machine is
connected to 3-phase power, it is considered to be running in AC
mode� The conveyor belts and hydraulics will operate� The
machine can also be driven� All machine functions will work�
If the AC/DC selector switch is turned towards the “O”, the
machine will be in DC mode� The operator cannot run the
conveyor belts or operate any hydraulic component� The operator
can drive the machine and operate the fan� Machine is equipped
with an LED strip located on each side of both masts� Once the
machine is started, the lights turn on automatically� The lights will
remain on for one minute after the machine is turned o.
There is no need to turn either the AC or DC disconnect
switches OFF, unless the machine needs to be locked out for
service.
