SAFETY RELAY DIAGNOSTIC CHART

EDM (External Device Monitoring) contacts not closed� Check PLC
outputs to safety mat reset relay - check relay & connections
Check jumper at S32 - S33
No fault indicated
Power LED ON
Fault LED OFF
Ch 1 LED OFF
Ch 2 LED OFF
Safety mat appears actuated:
Check mat for damage or heavy debris
Check for proper wiring & loose connections
Check for a short in the wiring
No fault indicated
