FAULT CODES
Fault light will ash and audible alarm with sound in sequence to
identify type of fault�
One Flash/Beep
Sensor fault
Objects blocking the step mats
Remote sensor
Remote panel conveyor selector set to STOP
Two Flashes/Beeps
Overload fault� Each belt conveyor and hydraulic pump
have overload devices located in Drive Panel� Overloads
are factory set to automatically reset after cooling�
Three Flashes/Beeps
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) fault� Belts will not run�
Conveyor motors are powered from a VFD in Drive
Panel�
Continuous Flashing/Beeping
Travel sensing strip fault� Travel backwards to clear fault�
