1.Insertaconductiverod(B)intothegunbarrel
(whichwasremovedforthepowersupplytest)
andagainstthemetalcontact(C)inthefrontof
thebarrel.
2.Measuretheresistancebetweentheconductive
rod(B)andtheconductivering(9).The
resistanceshouldbe10–30megohms.Ifthe
resistanceisincorrect,makesurethemetal
contact(C)inthebarrelandtheconductivering
(9)arecleanandundamaged.
3.Iftheresistanceisstilloutsidetherange,
removetheconductivering(9)andmeasurethe
resistancebetweentheconductiverod(B)and
thewireleadatthebottomoftheconductivering
groove.
4.Iftheresistanceisinrange,replacethe
conductivering(9)withanewone.Insertthe
endsoftheconductiveringintotheslots(S)at
thefrontofthebarrel,thenpressthering󰘰rmly
intothegroove(G).
Theconductivering(9)isaconductive(metal)
contactring,notasealingo-ring.Toreduce
theriskof󰘰re,explosion,orelectricshock:
•Donotremovetheconductiveringexcept
toreplaceit.
•Neveroperatethegunwithouttheconductive
ringinplace.
•Donotreplacetheconductiveringwith
anythingbutagenuineGracopart.
5.Iftheresistanceisstilloutsidetherange,replace
thegunbarrel.
