a.Removetheclamp(36)andtheexhausttube
(35).
b.Unscrewtheswivel(21)fromthegunhandle
(16).Theswivelisaleft-handthread.
Removethebracket(7).
c.Pulltheexhaustvalve(8)fromthehandle
(16).Inspecttheo-ring(8a)andreplaceif
necessary.
d.Installtheo-ring(8a*)ontheexhaustvalve
(8).Lubricatetheo-ringwithalightcoating
ofnon-siliconegrease.
e.Installtheexhaustvalve(8)inthehandle
(16).
f.Applythreadsealanttothetopthreadsof
theswivel(21).Positionthebracket(7)and
screwtheswivelintothegunhandle(16).
Torqueto75–85in-lb(8.4–9.6N•m).
g.Installthetube(35)andclamp(36).
3.Toreplacetheairinletswivel:
a.Unscrewtheswivel(21)fromthegunhandle
(16).Theswivelisaleft-handthread.
b.Applythreadsealanttothetopthreadsofthe
swivel.Screwtheswivelintothegunhandle.
