COMMISSIONING:
Burner Setup
- Used to force burner to operate at MAXIMUM, MINIMUM or IGNITION burner input rate to
perform gas valve calibration and/or combustion analysis of burner system.

Burner Setup
Combustion Blower Override
- This setting allows users to force burner to operate at maximum, minimum & ignition
burner input rates.
NOTE: Once calibration or combustion analysis is completed ensure this setting is
returned to the OFF setting.
(OFF, MAX, MIN, IGN) Default: OFF
BURNER SETUP
1) BLOWER ORIDE OFF
Commissioning
- Used to manually turn pumps on / off and exercise internal valve’s to remove air from
system prior to ignition of burner system. Also allows user to turn combustion blower on /
off to purge venting prior to burner system ignition.
NOTE: Commissioning will commence for a 10 minute period – after which the setting will
reset back to its default (OFF) state.

Pumps Exercise
- This setting allows users to turn all pumps ON constantly for 10 minutes or use the
AUTO setting that turns all pumps ON then OFF every second for 5 straight seconds and
then pauses for 30 seconds and repeats.
(OFF, AUTO, ON) Default: OFF
Combustion Blower Exercise
- This setting allows users to turn on the combustion blower to purge the venting
system.
(OFF, ON) Default: OFF
3 Way Valve Exercise
- This setting allows users to adjust the position of the 3-way valve.
(OFF, MID, ON) Default: OFF
