DHW RECIRC Setup
FUNCTION
- This setting allows user to enable or disable DHW RECIRC funtion
- Once set, the setting is placed in memory and will reload on a power reset to controller
(OFF, ON)
Default: OFF

DHW RECIRC
- Allows user to enable / disable DHW recirculation pump.
- When enabled hot water will be circulated through recirc piping in building and back to unit.
- Requires recirc piping to be connected on recirc fitting at bottom of unit.
- When enabled, internal pump & burner will operate to circulate hot water through piping
and maintain at setpoint temperature. Pump will turn OFF once setpoint temperature is
achieved. After 20 minutes pump will restart to allow refresh of water in system. If
temperature is below setpoint after pump turning on, the burner will fire to top up the
temperature.
RECIRC SETPOINT = Target setpoint temperature of the water
to be circulated through the re-circ piping.
(140°F to 105°F) Default: 125°F
NOTE:
- Recirc setpoint cannot be set higher than the DHW setpoint
temperature.
