Fan Coil
- Allows adjustment of the fan-coil blower speeds for each HVAC function (ie. Heating (W),
air-circ (G), cooling 1 (Y1), cooling 2 (Y2)
- Customization of fan-coil heating water set-point parameters

HEATING FAN = percent of blower capacity applied when there
is a fan-coil heating demand. (1400RPM to 200RPM) Default:
700RPM
CIRC FAN = percent of blower capacity applied when there is a
fan-coil air-circulation demand. (1400RPM to 200RPM) Default:
400RPM
Y1 A/C = percent of blower capacity applied when there is a
fan-coil Stage 1 A/C demand. (1400RPM to 200RPM) Default:
700RPM
Y2 A/C = percent of blower capacity applied when there is a
fan-coil Stage 2 A/C demand. (1400RPM to 200RPM) Default:
1000RPM
PRIORITY NOTES:
- Heating is prioritized over G, Y1 &/or Y2
- Y1 &/or Y2 are prioritized over G
- Y2 is prioritized over Y1

SUPPLY MAX = Maximum boiler supply temperature on the
coldest day – used in outdoor reset calculation.
(150°F to 105°F) Default: 140°F
SUPPLY MIN = Minimum boiler supply temperature, as outdoor
temperature approaches WWSD, boiler supply will be reduced
closer to this setting. (150°F to 105°F) Default: 120°F
OUTDOOR DESIGN = Used in the outdoor reset calculation. Set
this temperature to reflect the city or region of the installation.
(100°F to -40°F) Default: -20°F
WWSD = Used to determine when zone will go into warm
weather shut-down. When outdoor temperature goes above this
temperature the zone will shut-off.
(100°F to 34°F) Default: 80°F
NOTE: If no outdoor sensor installed WWSD is disabled.
