How to detach the pen block
(1) Detach the center cover (see Subsection 6.1.3 or 6.1.4).
(2) LoosentheM3L6bindingheadscrewattachingthepenblockcover.

(3) Removethepenblockcover.
(4) DisconnectthecablesfromconnectorJ503andJ505(ExceptCE5000-120AP)ontheY-relayboard.
(AlsodisconnecttheexiblecablefromconnectorJ504whenyouarereplacingthepenblockonthe
CE5000-120)
(5) Remove the two M2L5 binding head screws attaching the auto registration mark sensor bracket.
Thenremovetheautoregistrationmarksensor.(ExceptCE5000-120AP)
