  This issue may occur due to several reasons. First, perform a calibration (white correction). Check that the image sensor cables are properly connected, with no broken wires. Also, check the +5 V power supply and replace it if it is faulty. Replacing the data controller board or the image sensors may also resolve the issue. You can also try adjusting the “Intensity (Brightness)” in Scanning Master 21+.
