8.1 CH1 – 1 mV/div (5% accuracy)
– Set attenuator CH 1 to 1 mV/div.
– Connect a 5 mVpp (accuracy ± 0.1%), 1 kHz square wave
signal via 50Ω cable to input CH 1.
– For 0% error the signal height is 5 div.
– Press ANALOG/DIGITAL key to switch over to digital
mode.
– Check that the specifi cation is met too.
– Press ANALOG/DIGITAL key to return to analog mode.
8.2 CH1 – 2 mV/div (5% accuracy)
– Set attenuator CH 1 to 2 mV/div.
– Connect a 10 mVpp (accuracy ± 0.1%), 1 kHz square wave
signal via 50Ω cable to input CH 1.
– For 0% error the signal height is 5 div.
– Press ANALOG/DIGITAL key to switch over to digital
mode.
– Check that the specifi cation is met too.
– Press ANALOG/DIGITAL key to return to analog mode.
8.3 CH1 – 5 mV/div (3% accuracy)
– Set attenuator CH 1 to 5 mV/div.
– Connect a 25 mVpp (accuracy ± 0.1%), 1 kHz square wave
signal via 50Ω cable to input CH 1.
– For 0% error the signal height is 5 div.
– Press ANALOG/DIGITAL key to switch over to digital
mode.
– Check that the specifi cation is met too.
– Press ANALOG/DIGITAL key to return to analog mode.
