67 Y-Final Amplifi er Adjustment
– Check that a 1 MHz square wave signal of 25 mV
pp
via 50
cable and 50 through termination is con-
nected to input CH 1.
– Set A time base to 50 ns/div.
– Locate and identify R9034 and C9001 on YF-Board.
– Adjust R9034 and C9001 for fast leading edge (mi-
nimum risetime) and minimum overshoot.
– Set A time base to 200 ns/div.
– Adjust R9034 and C9001 for a straight top of the
fi rst 20 ns.
– Locate and identify R9126 and C9037 on YF-Board.
– Adjust R9126 and C9037 for minimum ripple.
– Repeat item 65, 66 and 67 for optimum perfor-
mance.
– Remove signal from input CH 1.
– Continue with item 68.
