Hardinge T-42 - Apply Rust Inhibitor; Clean the Spindle(s)

APPLY RUST INHIBITOR
Clean the inside of the machine. Apply rust inhibitor to all exposed metal surfaces.
CLEAN THE SPINDLE(S)
1. At the left end of the machine, remove access cover "K", Figure 2.10.
2. If the machine is equipped with a sub-spindle:
A) Remove access cover "L", Figure 2.11.
B) Open access cover "N", Figure 2.12.
3. If present, remove the plug(s) from the end of the spindle draw tube(s).
